Southeast Asian Market – FDR Park
April 11th, 10am- 6pm
More Info

Looking for something different this weekend? Head over to FDR Park for the Southeast Asian Market. It’s a huge outdoor food market with over 70 vendors serving everything from classic street eats to dishes you’ve probably never tried before.

This isn’t your average food truck lineup—there’s real variety, and the flavors are next-level. It’s one of the best spots in the area right now to try something new, grab a bite with friends, and soak in the weekend vibes.

If you’re into food that’s bold, authentic, and just plain fun, this market is worth checking out.

Food Spotlight

Pancakes, omelets, breakfast sandwiches, good coffee. Homemade, consistent, not overpriced. That's the whole pitch.

It’s not trying to reinvent breakfast or be something it’s not—it just does the basics really well. The kind of spot where you know what you’re getting every time, and it always hits. Whether you’re sitting down for a full breakfast or just grabbing something quick, it’s easy, reliable, and actually satisfying.

Places like this are what make Delco food what it is. No gimmicks, just good food and a place that feels like it belongs in the neighborhood.

This is one of those spots where you walk in a couple times and suddenly it just becomes part of your routine. Quick breakfast before work, weekend stop with friends, coffee on the way out—it fits into your day without trying too hard.

If you know, you know. If you don’t, it’s worth stopping in.

Weekend Budget Pick:

Media Farmers Market
Media Farmers Market I Instagram
10 AM – 1 PM
N. Edgmont Street, Media, PA

Farmers markets have a reputation for being expensive — and some of them earn it. The Media Farmers Market is not that. Show up with a reasonable amount of cash and you'll leave with more than you expected.

The market runs seasonally right in downtown Media, and the mix is good — local produce, baked goods, specialty items, the occasional prepared food vendor. It's the kind of place where you can grab fresh vegetables for the week, pick up a loaf of bread you'll actually finish, and still have money left for a coffee while you walk around.

The produce vendors tend to be the best value — seasonal stuff, priced fairly, and you're buying from people who grew it.

It's also just a nice hour. Media's walkable enough that the market fits naturally into a Saturday morning without feeling like a detour. Bring a bag, bring cash, go early.
